These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PetPage ("we," "us," or "our") at petpage.app. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

PetPage lets you create Care Pages for your pets and share them with pet sitters, dog walkers, and anyone who looks after your animals. A Care Page is a private web page containing your pet's care instructions, schedules, contacts, and other information you choose to include.

Accounts

You need an account to create and manage Care Pages. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to PetPage, including pet information, photos, and care instructions. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the pet care information you provide. PetPage is a communication tool — we do not verify or endorse the care instructions on any Care Page.

Sharing and Privacy

When you share a Care Page link, anyone with that link (and password, if set) can view the information on it. You are responsible for sharing links only with people you trust. You can deactivate or delete share links at any time to revoke access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the service to distribute spam or malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Service Availability

We strive to keep PetPage available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

PetPage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to any harm resulting from reliance on pet care information shared through Care Pages. Always use your own judgment when caring for animals.

Termination

You can stop using PetPage at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but you may request deletion of your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
